Objectifs
The aim of the INNOVATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP & MANAGEMENT Advanced Master is to simultaneously develop an innovation and INTRApreneurship / ENTREpreneurship spirit. This program also provides with an expertise in technological projects management.
In accordance with the ISAE-SUPAERO Innovation and development strategy, this program is a unique opportunity to quickly acquire the tools to manage innovative projects as a whole, from the emergence of an idea to its commercialization.
This Management of Innovative Projects and Entrepreneurship Advanced Master degree is both dedicated to young graduates and experimented professionals, having a personal project to develop or willing to manage technical projects in an innovative way. Our learners benefit from an entrepreneurship, digital and technical coaching and from access to ISAE-SUPAERO’s InnovSpace (space dedicated to innovation and incubation) throughout their training
Admission
Conditions d'admission
The applicants must hold the following degrees:
- A Master’s Degree or an equivalent degree
- Or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience
- International degree equivalent to the aforementioned degrees.
For candidates who do not meet these conditions but can justify 5 years of significant professional experience, these programs can be accessed via the Validation of Professional and Personal Acquisitions - VAPP
Programme
1st semester
Academic semester from September to March. Courses dispensed by tenured ISAE-SUPAERO faculty and visiting lecturers from industry providing the latest industrial expertise including lecture courses, design offices, lab work, simulations, CAD, lab sessions, industrial visits...
The course is composed of:
• 3 fundamental themes: Technology and creativity themes, Project management and Entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
• 2 cross-cutting themes: Human (leadership, pitch, negotiation, recruitment...) and Innovative Exploratory
Project (imagining a product that can meet a need, in a group of 3 to 5 students throughout the year.)
2nd semester
Learners are required to conduct a 4 to 6 months professional thesis or internship.
• with a company or on your own entrepreneurship project,
• in France or Abroad, supervised by the host organisation and ISAE-SUPAERO.
The thesis concludes with the submission of a report and an oral dissertation in front of a jury.
