The M2 MIT is a Master’s program operated by the University of Toulouse Graduate School of Management (IAE Toulouse). It offers 8 top students of the program the opportunity to get a double diploma: a M2 in “Marketing of Innovative Technologies” from the Graduate School of Management (IAE), Toulouse and an MBA in “Technology Management” (TechM) from Assumption University of Thailand, Bangkok.


The M2 MIT is a 12-month program (2 semesters) and equals 60 credits in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

  • The M2 MIT/MBA TechM double diploma program is a 21-month program (four semesters).

The M2 MIT equals 60 credits (ECTS) and the MBA TechM equals 45 credits. Students will spend 6 months at the partner institution (Assumption University, Bangkok) and then spend another 6 months to complete an internship in a company in Asia. After passing their exams students receive the Master 2 in “Marketing of Innovative Technologies” from the Toulouse Graduate School of Management (IAE Toulouse) and the MBA in “Technology Management” from Assumption University, Bangkok.

It is a full-time degree, taught 90% in English and 10% in French, designed for international and French university graduates.The program trains students to become managers capable of dealing with technology management (in French-Asian markets). They will acquire skills in managing innovative technologies (e.g. in Hi-Tech, aeronautical, Clean-/Greentech companies) and will be able to elaborate an international innovation strategy for developed and emerging markets such as Southeast Asia.The MIT enables students to develop digital marketing strategies in order to create brand presence in digital media. Finally, within the double-diploma students will acquire multi-cultural skills in French/European and Southeast Asian management.


Condition d'accès

The program (M2) is open to: Students holding a French M1 (4-year degree) or a foreign equivalent worth 240 credits (ECTS) in Marketing, Management, Engineering, Law, Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Literature, Languages. Entry requirements for the program are first and foremost about academic and managerial qualities (dynamism, organization, open-mindedness, etc.) and the applicant’s motivation.

The second element taken into consideration is international work experience or time spent abroad. English proficiency is essential and has to be demonstrated with an official test result (TOEFL, TOEIC, BULATS, Cambridge certificate level C1, or GMAT).

The M2 MIT is very selective and targets students who are highly motivated to work in an international environment and who are ready to develop the requisite intercultural business skills. The program stresses the use of working methods such as case studies and team presentations in which students are required to actively participate.


Contenu de la formation


  • 6 months courses at IAE Toulouse from October to February
  • 6-months company internship from March to September 300h: UE1-7, giving 60 ECTS for the M2 MIT.


Double education in France and in Southeast Asia:

  • 6 months at IAE Toulouse 300h: UE1-6 giving 48 ECTS M2 and validation of 15 credits for the MBA Period : from October to February of Year 1
  • 15 months in Thailand/Southeast Asia :
    9 months at AU BKK 210h; 5 courses giving 15 MBA credits Period : from May to December of Year 1 and 2
    6-month company internship 30h of monitoring: giving 12 ECTS M2 and 15 MBA credits Period : from January to June of Year 2
